We are pleased to offer a direct billing benefit - excluding dentistry - with major international insurance companies (subject to our approval):

Requirements for direct billing

If you wish to be considered eligible for a direct billing benefit, we require the following :

1. Copy of your valid insurance ID card (becomes part of your confidential medical file)
2. Valid contact details (e-mail, telephone, address) – part of Confidential form
3. Fill out our Payment Policy form including your valid credit card details

• to be used only for partially covered or non-approved medical expenses as per Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company
• only embossed cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard.

Insurance companies vary in the scope of services they reimburse to their clients. Usually it is not a policy of insurance companies to disclose their insurance conditions. Please consult the insurance conditions in the information package you received with your insurance ID card.

If you are covered by another international insurance company, please feel free to contact us. We will do our utmost to enable direct billing.
